Schedule a series of meetings
for engaging into dialogue. Choose various places such as
conference rooms, restaurants, and residences for having
meetings and spending time together. Plan a trip where the team can travel together in a vehicle with few distractions and nothing to do but get to know one another. identify the processes and activities that can occur online without having to meet face-to-face for future meetings. Keep team learning as the focus of all team activities. |
Ask a team member at each meeting (real time, or online) to record the processes as accurately as possible. |
