A method to continually increase
capacity to learn is to choose a recent artifact such as
a document that the team has produced. Identify correlations to other areas that relate to the artifact and list them for team discussion and exploration. Create links from the artifact to the related items listed with appropriate mechanisms such as: Hyperlinks in HTML, links within documents, highlighting with footnotes, cross-references that will lead the person to the connection. |
Build and organize archives where links can take the learner across multiple documents/artifacts. |
Store Build elaborate and large systems for storing these types of artifacts such as tape drives, and compression mechanisms. |
