Virtual Teaming	Approach teaming activities with the notion that there are no boundaries. Accentuate the idea that participants are real people, and that the communication is between people, not machines. Work in both directions with goals being the midpoint between vision and products. Maintain an emphasis on relationships through multiple interactions.	Extend the team's communications to including multiple forms of face-to-face meetings, email, telephones, and video conferencing. Through communications discuss the team's vision and determine the products that will be produced as a result of the team's activities. Products may include everything from materials to newly formed working relationships.	Add to organizational memory by capturing the electronic team processes in hard and virtual formats within context.
