Make learning the priority for preparing for change.

Create an atmosphere that advertises the fact that everyone is invited to participate.

Promote the mindset that everyone has a learning curve - it is a way of life.

Examine the present circumstances and potential changes that are either expected and/or feared.

Identify and build an activity that demonstrates benefits of a technology that initiates change. Identify technologies that benefit key individuals that may be resistors and exploit them.

Use brainstorming and scenario planning for looking deeper into the present, and for planning for the future.

Record processes that address change.

List a history of significant changes that all team members have already endured.

Store

Keep a record of significant changes that have occurred and the processes that helped the change be successful.

Open access to recorded successful changes and the processes that made them successful.
